Overseeing the replacement of 25 Fan Coil Units (chassis type) and 13 Cassette Fan Coil Units along with all HVAC infrastructure services. AHU and Duct work modifications made to enhance the operational capacity of the system. Decoration works to the Bulkhead, New Grilles, Ceiling Tiles and Lighting. And 2 new Pressurisation units installed. This was an out of hours’ project due to the invasive nature of the works, where we returned the site on a daily basis back into use. Responsible for the full delivery of the project.
